Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation
As a valued AutoTest Service Centre customer, we would like to update you on the precautions we’re taking with regards the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation.
The health and safety of our families, customers, employees and suppliers are our top priority and we have implemented some changes in our workshop to ensure the highest level of hygiene during this difficult time.
We understand that you may prefer not to have contact with us even though we are taking extra precautions so we can offer you one of the following options:
1. You can park your car in one of our convenient car spots right outside our workshop. Your keys can be dropped in our ‘drop box’. When you collect your car your keys will be in the car ready for you to drive away.
2. We can pick your car up from your home or office (surrounding suburbs only) and deliver back to you.
Payment for all work can be taken over the phone.
We now offer ‘GoPay’ which is interest free over 3 monthly payments from $350 up to $1500.
Precautions that we are taking whilst caring for your car include:
☆ our mechanics will use hand sanitisers at the start and end of your job
☆ we will wear gloves and cover your seats and mats
☆ your car keys will be thoroughly cleaned with anti-bacterial wipes
☆ Door handles will be cleaned with anti-bacterial wipes
☆ No heating or cooling system will be run whilst your car is being worked on.
